Super PU Sealer 100 / Waxnomor 100

Application Areas

- Floor coverings made of PVC and LVT with smooth, or slightly structured, grained surfaces.
- Linoleum floors, for open-pored linoleum after priming with Dr. Schutz Lino Primer.
- Non-absorbent stone and tile sub-surfaces after priming with Dr. Schutz Superbond.
- Epoxy and PU floors.
- Wood and cork floors after priming with strato classic prime 200.

Suitability for safety floorings, more structured surfaces and studded floors must be ascertained in the specific building before use (*).

 

Application

Shake up Dr. Schutz Super PU Sealer / Waxnomor 100 vigorously before adding the Crosslinker. Add Crosslink-er M to the base lacquer in a ratio of 10:1 and immediately mix thoroughly and evenly. Allow the mixture to settle for 10 minutes, then stir again and use it. Do not mix more than can be used up within 4 hours (at 20 °C). Apply PU Sealer / Waxnomor 100 evenly (at min. 15 °C) onto the previously prepared subsurface with the Dr. Schutz Super PU Roller.
Please note:
- The surface must be professionally prepared and in a clean, dry condition free of oil, wax and dust (**).
- Wood, open-pored linoleum and decorative screed floors must be primed before applying Dr. Schutz Super PU Sealer / Waxnomor 100.
- If required, a second application is possible. Can be walked on carefully, or in the case of a second appli-cation can be worked on again, after approx. 2 hours, however no longer than 12 hours between applica-tions. In the case of a longer interim drying time, the entire surface must first be abraded with a Dr. Schutz PU renovation pad.
- Floor and material temperature must not fall below +15°C during application and drying time.
- The technical rules are to be observed.

 

Product Information & Consumption

Per coating approx. 100 ml/m² (10 m²/l).
In the case of a very absorbent sub-surface, higher consumption is possible, depending on absorbency.
