Premium quality flooring maintenance equipment
Special two-part polymer sealer with increased resistance to chemical dying (hair colorants, wound disinfectants, etc.) and plasticizer migrations (e.g., from rubber). Forms an extremely hard wearing sealer film with a satin finish. Only for professional users. A canister is sufficient for two applications for approx. 25 sq. m. Cross linker contained: Irritant Giscode: W3/ DD+. Recommended accessories: Laquer-Roll „Aquatop“.
Notes: The mixture of PU Anticolor/Marknomor and Cross Linker, if used at the prescribed temperature, has a „processing“ period of approx. 1 hour. Only mix the quantity of sealer that can be processed within this period of time. When the temperatures of the Sealer and Cross Linker are higher, there is a reduction in the period of time during which they can be “worked”. If the two components are cold, they cannot be mixed with sufficient thoroughness. Do not tightly seal a container containing the sealer mixture since reactive gases occur as a result of the interaction between the sealer and the cross linker.
Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation during application and drying operations but avoid drafts and exposure to strong sunlight and protect the floor surface from dust. Turn off under floor central heating well before use.
Usage: 50 g/sq. m. sealer mixture per application
Attention: Remove highly coloured products (hair colorants, wound disinfectants, etc.) from the sealer surface as quickly as possible - within 30 minutes. Severe mechanical damage causes an acceleration in wear and tear.
If a repair and renewal of the sealer film is required, remove the shine from the floor surface before applying the sealer mixture with the PU silver pad in order to achieve uniformity in transition areas and guarantee an optimum adhesion of the sealer film. This preliminary treatment is suitable for homogeneous flooring qualities with a smooth or slightly structured surface. VOC-Ingridiens: Limit value for the product in accordance with 2004/42/EG (Cat. A/j) 140 g/litre (2007/2010). The ready-mixed product contains max. 140 g/litre VOC.
The Cross Linker is governed by the regulations relating to hazardous substances and is marked with the hazard symbol "Xi" and the hazard warning "Sensitisation through skin contact possible." Avoid contact between the skin and the Cross Linker and Sealer mixture. Wear suitable gloves.
Store PU Anticolor/Marknomor in sealed original containers in a dry place at temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C. Keep locked away and out of the reach of children. Cross linker may not contact humidity. Tightly re-seal the original containers container immediately after use and use up as quickly as possible.
